If both parties (master tenant and subtenant) agree to move out then there is no wrongful eviction. Wrongful eviction occurs when a landlord or master tenant does something like change locks without the legal right to do so, or deprive the subtenant of necessaries such as water or electricity in order to force the subtenant out. If everyone is in agreement about the move-out date, document everything in writing and that will protect all parties in case of later allegations. Ideally all parties would sign, but you can also document and send a letter confirming the agreement and copying all interested parties.
