    Appropriate and inappropriate are terms used to describe "medically desirable" and is not used in a legal context such as duty to patient by attending physician.

    Please explain how/what the significance is betw a second opinion provided by Neurosurgeon #2 and his discussion with Neurosurgeon #1 before a test was done in a legal context?
