    Default Divorce and Custody of Our Puppy

    I am on H4 and my husband is on H1. Married for around 10 months. I want to divorce him and go back to my home. I dont want anything from him expect the puppy, that I have been raising for 6 months. How can i do it?? We are in AZ and been here for 5 months.

    A puppy is considered to be marital property, and would be subject to whatever financial settlement you and your husband come up with. You do need to speak with an attorney though, if possible.

    Check quarantine regulations in your home country, too.
