Can you just provide the last known address and then have him served? That way you all have no contact with each other and no one can ever try to come back and say that you tried to provoke him into breaking the standing order you have in place for no contact... I would just provide the last known address and let the legal system serve the papers and handle the rest the proper way. I'm not sure how things work in your state, but I'm almost positive that here in TN there is a rule to cover if they can't be found, as in a public type of announcement of sorts. With legal issues they will give a certain amount of days for the person that was served to respond to public notices listed in local papers. Good luck!!
