Exclamation Can a Pregnant Teenager Become Emancipated After Getting Kicked Out of Home

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Florida

I am 17 years old, got kicked out on April 4, i am engaged and living with my fiancé. I have two jobs and am in an accelerated program through my highschool where I am full time at the community college for free.
    I might be pregnant.
How can I get emancipated without having to go through the whole process.
I have read on other sites that if I can prove that I'm pregnant by a doctor the court will give me a marriage license and will let me get married and be emancipated.
Take into consideration my situation at the moment, I am able to fully support myself with minimum help from my fiancé.
If anyone can get me information on this it will be greatly appreciated.

When do you turn 18? It's possible that this won't even make it to court before your birthday.

    I turn 18 next March

From what I've been told at my county courthouse is that the minor can file the petition to be emancipated.
I'm already living on my own and not being emancipated it limits me to what I can do.

The person you spoke to at the country courthouse is wrong.

In Florida, an emancipation petition must be filed by your parent or guardian.

Why do you feel a need to be emancipated before you turn 18, at which time it happens by virtue of your age? Getting married simply to become emancipated is not a wise move.
