My question involves criminal law for the state of: TN

Long story short, I worked at a tax office. I quit today because i thought i was being unfairly compensated. A few hours after I got home I received a text from my now former boss saying "i just reviewed the footage, you smoked pot in my office" I did not know there were security cameras in the office. I did smoke in the office but it was in the bathroom. The only way he would know is if he seen the pipe or something in my hand or sat it down for a split second. I was never obvious and I work in the office alone. I only did it on a couple of days we did not have customers. Also, and I am completely embarrassed of this, but I "pleasured myself" one day too. I dont think its possible for that to be on the footage but then again i dont know where the camera was because i did not know there was a camera. Is there any way she can press charges against me?
