    Default How Long After Service Can You File for a Default

    My question involves court procedures for the state of: Florida

    Just want to make sure I understand this.
    I need to wait at least 21 days, not less, after receiving the pink slip from the Sheriff's office that the respondent has been served before filing the documents listed below. Correct?
