    Default Using Somebody's Bank Card With Their Permission

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: North Carolina

    Is it against the law to use someone bank card at the atm with the person permission. My friend sent me to the atm machine to use her card and gave me her pin number but now she said she didn't send me so can I be charge with identity theft

    Not identity theft, but theft might be on the cards.
