Default Notice to Creditor Returned as Undeliverable

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Texas. Recieved letter with bankrupcy discharge and letter saying a discharge letter could not ve sent to one of the creditors becuase the address was incomplete. It was missing the Suite. Is this a big deal? What do I need to do? Could the discharge be revoked? The creditor that was undeliverable to did have an attorney representing them, so the attorney did get notified of discharge.

Please let me know from here. Im just worried dont want to get sued for debt that was discharged.

For the record, if you want to correct the address with the bankruptcy court, you may file an amended list of creditors.

As the creditor obviously learned of the bankruptcy, and participated in proceedings to the extent that they chose through their lawyer, they will not get anywhere by now claiming that they didn't receive the original notice. What the consequences might have been, had they not figured out that the bankruptcy was proceeding, would depend on the full facts -- the notice requirement is not intended as a "gotcha" to debtors, and particularly for zero asset Chapter 7 bankruptcies, lack of direct notice will often have little legal significance, but the devil is in the details.
