My question involves criminal law for the state of: Kentucky. My cousin, who is 16, was helping my mom move things out of our house after a difficult separation with my dad. The police has had to come here many times because of her behavior. On this date my cousin threw potting soil all over my car, I (22 years old) went outside and threw potting soil on him, it was a childish act but I was pretty mad and have been stressed over this whole separation. The police came (again), arrested my mom for trespassing (property legally isn't hers and she has moved), the officer asked for my ID and said to stay in the house the when my family returned to pick up the rest of my mom's belongings. They are trying to scare me saying they got me on camera and are going to take assult charges out on me? I'm about to finish school and this could ruin my career considering I'm entering a field where you can not have anything on your record. Should I be worried?
