My question involves criminal law for the state of: Oklahoma
My daughter will turn 21 on March 9.
She was in a college bar on Feb 18 and was cited for MIP and age misrepresentation. First offense and she was not arrested.
It has been recommended that she hire a lawyer to help expunge these charges from the record.
By the time she has a court date, she will be 21. Does it make sense to hire an attorney at $2500 for this service? What are the consequences if she just pays the fines?
