    Default Making a Plan to Get Emancipated

    My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Indiana

    I'm 16 years old and wish to be emancipated, and am preparing my information. I would appreciate opinions on whether you think this will be enough.

    (2) has sufficient money for the child's own support;

    Try giving us a coherent explanation.

    2. No longer needs support
    Your claim to be starting a business will get you nowhere. Tell us about your job and how much you earn, how you will maintain employment while continuing to attend school, and how a court can be certain that you won't lose your income.

    Has sufficient money: Yes
    Right now you have how much money?

    Understands consequences:
    The fact that you think rattling off a list is the same thing as understanding the consequences of emancipation suggests that, in fact, you do not understand the consequences.

    What is a P.A.S.?

    ...keeping in mind that moving in with ANYONE is going to be a detriment to your plans unless you have a source of income and a budget that suggests that you have the ability to pay 100% of your own support, including market value rent, utilities, clothes, food, transportation, insurance, medical care, school fees and supplies, staples, etc., all by yourself with no help from anyone.
