My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Colorado
I am currently renting at an apartment complex in Colorado Springs. In my lease I am allowed 2 parking spots for the apartment. It's just my girlfriend and I and we never use more than our 2 spaces. Last night I got back home and Drove around the parking lot multiple times trying to find an open spot. I could not find one, so I opted to park in a no parking space rather than an open handicap space. I went outside this morning to head to work and my car was towed. I want to know if I have any case with the landlords to get them to pay the $276 to get my car back since I had no available parking. Or, if I'm out of luck. Thank you in advance!
