My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Colorado

This one is a new one for me. A tenant at a house I own that contains 5 rooms (and thus 5 tenants total) was recently sentenced as a sex offender. He failed to register and the police are showing up at the house with a warrant, as well as calling me, multiple times. The other tenants are threatening to leave due to the harassment, and tenant with the warrant is ignoring me. Up until this point he has never been late on rent and everyone at the house liked him.

Now that he is late on rent, I planned on hitting him with a 3 day notice and processing the eviction as usual. Is there anything else I should due to these special circumstances?
