Need a quick answer:
I'm petitioning for HYTA tomorrow morning at County District Court... I already met with a probation officer who recommended me for HYTA. It's for 3rd-degree Retail Fraud. I perfectly complied with everything, got my fingerprints, paid my fines quickly, etc...
I expect they'll give me my HYTA sentence (probation, community service), but are there going to be fines/court costs involved? If so, how much should I expect to be fined?
My attorney already met with a prosecutor two months ago for a plea agreement, and they had no problem with HYTA, which is why I'm applying for it now. So I don't think this is a normal court date where I'm just sentenced... am I right?
Thanks a lot.
