My question involves business law in the state of: TN

Hello, Thanks for a great forum.
I supervise a nonprofit organization. Our facility is open to the public and is on public/city property (meaning, the city owns the property). But, the city does not have any involvement in the charity whatsoever other than they are nice enough to let us use the property to run the charity.
We hold events and fundraisers associated with our charity. Some are in the building that is on city property and some are at other locations not owned by the city.

Does any of this information have any bearing on whether or not we can ban individuals from our events or fundraisers? There is no discrimination. We simply have a troublemaker that is causing us problems and we want be sure we are within our rights.

Thank you!!
