Default How Long Does it Take to Be Evicted from a Boyfriend's Home

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Texas
I live in Montgomery County Texas. My children and I have lived in my boyfriend's home for over a year. Everything is in his name and he supports us 100percent. He is wealthy and intends on serving me with evection papers. I have no money, I am stranded states away from any family. I have not worked, I am stuck. My question is what will the process be and how many days will I have? I am in a complete state of shock. He says I have to leave immediately. Please help explaining this process to me.

You don't have to leave until a court orders you to leave.

This might help (though I only skimmed it myself): http://www.texastenant.org/eviction.html

However, if he wants you to leave, you may as well make up your mind to it; sooner or later, you are going to have to leave. Do not expect a court to force him to allow you to stay indefinitely. You are looking at, most likely, a couple of months tops.

I understand I need to leave and I am working on it. Trust me, I want to go. I was wondering if someone knows the time frame in Texas and what is the procedure . Since he pays for everything, would it be a notice to vacate with only a 3 day notice or would it be a termination of tenancy? I found one older article that I felt like maybe it would be a notice to terminate tenancy. My question is the time frame so I can plan accordingly. In Texas is it a 30 day notice, then he would file and I would have maybe another 30 days? I am looking for the procedure and time frame for Texas
    Thank you in advance.

You get the notice to vacate first. If you don't move, he goes to court. You're looking at around a month, 6 weeks.

Did you bother to read up on the subject at all?
