It's not a matter of covering this topic. It's about your right to terminate the contract and what your liabilities are if you do.
so far you haven't stated anything that would typically be egregious enough to justify a termination of the contracts. Unless you can prove an actual , and usually incurable, breach of the contract, you are stuck with it unless you can negotiate a buy out from the current builder (that's where you give them money so they will release you from the contract)
