Default How to Get Emancipated After Finishing High School

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: North Carolina
My parents and I don't get along and my mom doesn't approve of my lifestyle. She forces me to go to church, gets too deep in my personal life, and all that stuff, and my dad works all the time. I have a job (minimum wage of course), and at my last year of high school, my parents agree to paying my way through college only if I make good grades... I want to get emancipated right after i graduate high school. My significant other will move in and help me as well. My father said he would sign the thingy for me to get emancipated. Will they pass the petition only because my parents have signed it or do they care about all the other stuff?

You will not be emancipated unless you meet ALL the requirements.

If you wish to be treated as an adult it would show some maturity of you would at least make an effort to discover the requirements yourself.

I try, I got a job, I already pay for the stuff that I want or what I need. I have no physical evidence of my dad hitting me or anything like that so i don't know what are the expectations on whats "best" for me. I know the costs and everything of bills, mortgages i will face, and I think its better than living with my parents.
What are the stuff i will need to turn in along with the petition and where too?

That is easily found through the Internet from state or county government links. The fact you ask somebody to hold your hand puts your maturity in question.
