Default Apartment is Not Enforcing its Pet Rules

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Kansas. My husband and I live in an apartment where pets under 50lbs are allowed, we are to pay for a pet when we first rented and then a monthly rent fee. We have complained about all the pets not being paid for in others words lease violations. They stated they are getting cameras it been a month but no cameras yet. I have taken pictures of these pets and complained but they do nothing. We fill its very unfair. Is there anything else we can do.

It may be unfair, but how are these other pets any of your business?

Your lease that specify pet rules and pet fees may not be the same as the other tenants leases. Mind your business and only concern yourself with your own lease.
