Default Lying About Your Name After Getting Caught Shoplifting

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

So I got caught shoplifting at Kohl's but no cops came and the LP sent me to the back where the cameras are to return the items and sign a few papers. I am still a minor. I didn't want my parents to find out and the only person with me was my reliable grandma so I stated to LP that she was my legal guardian along with my father (which is false). I also used a different name. But I'm pretty sure my grandmother put her correct information when they called her to sign some release forms for myself. They quickly let me go soon after , and then notified me that they would send me a civil demand fine. Should I pay this even though they don't have my correct information? Also, if I pay this will I be in a database (considering that I put a false name).
