    Default Is it Possible to Get Visitation Rights to Children Unlawfully in the United States

    My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Michigan.. Is it possible to get visitation rights to my fiances children that were brought to the U.S. illegally by their mother?

    Presumably your fiancé has a child custody order from whatever nation his children are from, and can seek to enforce the order through that nation's courts. Beyond that, you need to share some facts.
