Hi! Thanks so much for taking the time to read this. I am curious as to the best shot an associate would have for immigration approval given the following circumstances:
- Investor (FX, stocks, indicies, metals, etc)
- Funds manager
- Master degree from Belgrade, Serbia in finance and management
- Fearful of war
Let me explain that last one. He lives in Serbia and sees a war coming. He's been in all 4 Serbian wars and has been shot twice. He will not allow that to happen to his children. He's ready to immigrate (and bring his family) any way he can to the US and we're thinking the best way is either by a business being interested in him or by investing. His company manages funds for many people (myself and many of my colleagues/family/friends included). He has a registered Serbian business for funds management. I have a small business in the US but I don't know if it meets the qualifications to recruit an employee. I also work for a much larger company that may be able recruit him. It's so difficult parsing through all of the laws and codes so I figured I'd give it a shot with you knowledgeable gurus! What's our best shot?
Again, thank you so much for your time.
