The sky isn't blue. It is a misconception. The appearance of blue is the result of the differing light colors (wavelengths) being affected differently as they enter the atmosphere. We see blue because the blue lights shorter wavelength causes the to interact with particulate matter in the atmosphere more than the longer wavelengths of light towards the red end of the spectrum. This results in the blue light being scattered in all directions while the more red wavelengths are not scattered and pass through the atmosphere without such interference and strike the ground unseen.
When the sun (the source of our light) is viewed without the interference of our atmosphere it is actuslly white. So, what we perceive as a blue sky is a trick of light and results from not seeing the red colors along with the blue colors. In reality the sky has no color. It is transparent (not considering clouds) which is proven by reviewing a view of the earth from the moon or the space station. If the sky was in fact blue, everything viewed from an extraterrestial perspective would in cause everything viewed on the earth to have a blue tint.
And to your situation: if true you are in a LOT of trouble. You think your PO doesn't check your history when reviewing your case? You think the state court system is somehow so fragmented these two criminal issues won't be connected to you?
