She did not write me up. She was the one who was almost fired, manipulated the situation and a favor card was pulled for her to stay, and she was the one who was then written up. I had never been written up. I was never once disciplined for anything because I kept my nose clean and have zero marks on my employment record with the company, or any company ever for that matter.

I appreciate everyone's responses. Again, I quit because I was miserable and not with the expectations of filing. I even worked out my two weeks (which was extended to three because the main boss liked me and said if I could manage to give three more days, I would get four days of paid holidays.) The idea of unemployment was just thrown about during a discussion with friends and I was just curious to see if there was any ground for it. I won't go ahead with it. It doesn't seem like it would be worth the time and I don't really want to be tied to that company any longer.
