    My question involves criminal law for the state of: CALIFORNIA hi ok what is the statchude of limitations on PC 368 d california THEFT and how do you get it removed

    What is it that you want to get removed? If you have not been charged, arrested or convicted, there is nothing to "remove."

    The "statute of limitations" for most felony offenses in CA is 3 years. If the state has not initiated proceedings within that time, they generally cannot do so after the time has expired. If, however, the crime has been ongoing, you have fled the jurisdiction, or one of a handful of other exceptions has occurred, they may still be able to file charges.

    So, what is going on???
