You will need to contact the authorities in the relevant countries.

Your question appears to have nothing to do with U.S. law -- this is a U.S. forum.

If your family members are Canadian citizens, they can contact the nearest Canadian embassy or consulate about their situation and see what assistance is available.

If your family members are not Canadian citizens, and are in their nation of origin, then they can consult a lawyer in that nation about their situation. You can consider consulting an immigration lawyer about whether you have any option for helping them come to Canada.

    1. You should really start your own thread.
    2. You should add all relevant facts of what is happening. Telling us that "your parents are getting harassed by political leaders" is the same as telling us "nothing". Tell us why they're getting harassed, what has happened and are your parents sane or living in a place they can no longer care for themselves.
    3. Add why you need to do something other then themselves doing it.
