You should consult an immigration attorney. the fact you are married to an illegal may present a bar to you obtaining citizenship by your intentional and ongoing involvement in the violation of US law. It is also potentially likely you submitted false paperwork and lied to USCIS, creating a permanent ban for yourself.
It could in some stretch of the imagination, but it really has not been used that way in any way that I've heard publicized. Putting down ALIEN in the "immigration status field" has neither seemed to impede the naturalization process nor has it been used to direct attention to the illegal spouse.

But the advice to speak to an attorney who knows how things are rather than relying on the personal biases of people on the forum with axes to grind is a good recommendation.
