Default Re: Establishing Your Husband as the Father After Signing an Affidavit of Nonpaternit

My husband and i were seperated at the time of conception, we were together the last five months of pregnancy and now. I didnt read the paper thats the issue, it asked who my husband was and his address, i filled in and signed. My husband has not signed any documents, so no he has not signed affidavit of non paternity.

I learned that i signed such document after calling hospital asking when birth certificate is to arrive.

Like i said my husband never signed anything, he was there for the delivery etc and it was his understanding he would automatically be on birth certificate. Which normally he would, but im obviously not that bright.

    Obviously.

So there's nothing to be done here. Talk to an attorney. Go from there. Really.
