    Will Trustee accept temp Liscense as Identification?

    I can't see the temporary ID from where I'm sitting.

    Ask the lawyer you so desperately need to hire, if you're actually going to proceed to file bankruptcy.

    If you care to tell us what type of "temporary ID" you are talking about, perhaps somebody can be more specific. But your inability to understand the most basic aspects of handling a bankruptcy case tells us, over and over, that you're simply not competent to represent yourself in any sort of legal proceeding. Sorry if that hurts your feelings.

    When is your meeting with the trustee scheduled?

    You might have your photo license by then.

    If not, then just take any other forms of ID that you might have.

    I don't think it's going to be that big a deal.

    I applied for my Drivers liscense. Have old liscense as well.

    You really should just keep one thread going for silly fun and games with the bankruptcy process. I don't know what you're getting at by all these hijinks but you really need to get talking to an attorney rather than creating a new thread everytime you think you have a new way to game the system.
