Default Can a Sex Offender be Employed as a Handyman With Keys to Residents' Apartments

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New York
I probably have wrong forum my apologies but was not sure where this would go. He is a level 3 convicted rapist sex offender in Broome County. Female tenants are worried. He has keys to about 100 apartments and his job is not listed on the registry. Should this be reported and to whom or just let go? Thank you!

I would call the non-emergency number for the police department and talk to them about it. If they cannot help you they probably can direct you to someone that can. A convicted rapist definitely has no business having master keys to an apartment complex.
