Default If Your Driving Privileges are Suspended, Can You Drive on an Out-of-State License

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: Florida.
My ex-wife has her Florida driver's license suspended. But she has a valid Indiana driver's license. She's coming to Florida for vacations (about 11 days). Is she allowed to drive there with her Indiana driver's license?

Dude, you really want to deprive her of the holiday time with the children don't you? If she signs for you go to France for the whole summer, would that be okay? The fact that you are looking for reasons shows how petty you are.

And if mom has a valid driver's license, she can drive. Why do you want to deprive her or the children of seeing one another for half of Christmas break? Are you really that bitter and petty?

If she is suspended in Florida, she can't drive in Florida even if she has a valid license elsewhere.

In another forum he describes an attempt to blackmail her.
I told her that I would let her spend time with the kids if she signs me an authorization travel for me and the kids to spend the summer vacations in France.
This is not about a driver's license. This is about an excuse from a bitter father who wants to control his ex.

It may well be about 'blackmail', but in specific relation to the question asked, it is not legal for a motorist to drive in a state in which her driving privileges are suspended even if she has a valid license from another state. She cannot legally drive in Florida unless and until she restores her driving privileges in that state.

I was so busy (i'm raising 2 small children alone and I am fighting for truth in my divorce) that I read your response only now. Thank you, your response might be useful next time. About Ohiogal, he is on the wrong side of morals. I am just trying to tell the truth about the opiate and alcohol addiction of my ex-wife, which I see as a danger for my children. If my ex-wife will prove to justice that she really changed, I will gladly let her see the children even half of the time, but before that, I will fight against her denial.
