    Default Healthcare Alternative Resolution

My lawyer's office filed the healthcare alternative resolution with my name and a wrong residence address. if it's not corrected soon will the court not be able to mail me anything or continue with my case? also if my lawyer's office served the wrong defendant does this mean my case will be throw out? because my statue of limitation will be over soon. I don't know if someone else can be served if they know the defendant and will give the defendant the papers.

As you have not followed the instruction to identify your state, and we don't have the context to know the type of action involved, you should speak with your lawyer. It's easy enough, however, to file a correction of a party's address with a court.

The state is Maryland and no lawsuit was filed. Are you going to answer my question in detail now, knowitall?

Why aren't you asking your attorney, user0099?

No, because you are rude. Go pay your lawyer to advise you.
