My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: I am looking for information, when i was pregnant in July 2015. I had asked for accommodations from a related disability pregnancy related (hyperemesis), Of course denied, and kept being put on probation behind it. Know accommodations where made, and then during my maternity leave, the job butchered my paperwork, as if I never returned to work, so I was never able to get my raise due to performance falling below leave, although it was suppose to list me on leave of absence, my report card listed me at a 46% attendance, which at the end shows me never coming to work, where I had a baby, and wasn't due to return back to work until Feb 25, 2015.
Of course I got w warning on ncns, and I did something stupid they backed me into a wall, with constant threatening, so i provided a fake dr.'s note, which they fired me for, I am not interested in my job back, but need to find out how to sue them for violating rights, and discrimination due to pregnancy related disability, and not receiving proper raise for the year, also When firing. Human Resource Falsified my documents the day before firing.
Please advise any information you may have to assist me with this matter. The documents now read the day before I was fired that I had pto the entire time, well if thats the case, I am entitled to monies missing from the company, that I didn't get.
