My question involves real estate located in the State of: Washington

We recently purchased some property that is adjacent to the property that we currently live on. We had a survey performed and discovered that our neighbors fence is about 25 feet onto our property. We sent them a letter asking them to move the fence back to their side of the property line. They hired a lawyer and claimed adverse possession, even though the fence has not been there for 10 years and they are not claiming color of title. I have contacted no less than 7 attorneys to try to litigate this, but nobody will touch it. Does anyone know why, or where I can find someone who will?
