Default Help with Emancipation in Colorado or Nevada

I am almost 17 and live in Colorado with my grandma and my uncle. My mom has custody of me but she lives in las vegas, nevada. I am dating this guy whom I met at work. I am a waitress and he is a cook. He is 24. We havn't done anything so he won't get charged with stat. rape. My grandma is forbiding me from seeing or talking to him or anyone in his family. She has even threatend to call the cops on him I tried to explain to her that they can't arrest him for our relationship because we havn't done anything. Tonight I went to his nephews 3rd b-day party and I did not come home til 11:30 and my curfue is 12:00 My grandma totally tripped and so did my uncle. My uncle has threatened to hurt my boyfriend and said that if he ever came around my house or call me that he'd beet the pulp out of him. We love each other a lot and want to get married when i turn 18. I want to get emancipated so I can go live with him and his sister. The only prblem is that I don't know if I would fall under Colorado's or Nevada's emancipation law and what they are. My grandma is making my life hell because of my boyfriend being so old the only reason she's getting out of control is because I am under 18.

    Default Emancipation Law in Colorado

Your emancipation would normally be governed by the laws of the state where you reside - in this case, the emancipation laws of Colorado.

Colorado, however, does not appear to have a statutorily defined procedure for emancipation. It recognizes emancipation in its statutes:
Quote Quoting Colorado Code 19-1-103. Definitions
    (45) "Emancipated juvenile", as used in section 19-2-511, means a juvenile over fifteen years of age and under eighteen years of age who has, with the real or apparent assent of the juvenile's parents, demonstrated independence from the juvenile's parents in matters of care, custody, and earnings. The term may include, but shall not be limited to, any such juvenile who has the sole responsibility for the juvenile's own support, who is married, or who is in the military.
and it is my understanding that a court will recognize a minor as emancipated.
