File a motion for the return of your bond.

At this juncture we have no way of telling you if the problem is that you simply haven't properly requested a refund of your bond or, as is commonly the case, your bond has been applied to your fines, assessments and restitution. Even if the judge suggested you might get a partial refund, if the money went to your victim don't expect it to happen.

Thank you for the response, All that went toward restitution was $200, $750.00 went for assessment fee's, and the rest towards fines from long ago. I don't understand who decides how much of the bail goes towards what fines. I look at the court house I still have 2 judgments against me with a line so why did I get refunded $1400 back???, when I still owe $1300.00. How does one properly request bail back? Like I said I was refunded back $1400 of the $8,000. what type of motion? How can I go back before the judge that sentenced me I know he would give the money back. I'm desperate my S.O barrowed money form work to bail me out and his job is on the line

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Oregon
Yes lady's n gentle men, I am mental retarded, handicapped..... A motion to receive money back from bail.. Ok so $?,000 was posted for bail, bail money was barrowed from S.O's ~significant other~ boss, job is now on the line, ~~Judge whom sentenced me knows all detail's... restitution that was imposed was only $200.00 Judged made comment in light of the circumstance, regarding bail, the court is only imposing a $200.00 fine.. $750.00 went for assessment fee's and $1400.00 was returned.. what type of motion do I file to petition the court for bail back??
Yes I had outstanding fines, I still have $1100.00 owed with a lien attached to judgment, so who decides what fines are paid with bail money? and why didn't they take all of it sine I still had a judgment lien on me for $1100.00 the refund was $1400.00..
I need to go back befor the judge who sentenced me.. How do I do that? The motion I need to file can I find and download paper work off internet?

You aren't getting any different answers if you keep asking the question (and this time you're less articulate).
