Can You Get Emancipated Despite Very Low Earnings

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Pennsylvania
I'm 16, I go to cyber school & I work at a local kmart making good hours with a decent pay. I live with my mom & my step dad beause my biological dad is currently on the run from the police. My step dad is in & out of jail for drugs & alcohol. He's physically abusive to my mom & verbally abusve to me (my mom is as well). I am a stronger girl so I don't let it get it to me but I want out of this situation. I have done reasearch & I know there are studio apartments in my area for less than $400 a month all I would have to pay is gas for cooking & electric. I dont use much of either. If my math serves me correctly I would be making more than enough money for me to survive on myown. Do you think I would be granted emancipation?

No. I don't.

For one thing, emancipation in Pennsylvania is county by county. Not all counties in Pennsylvania will emancipate minors to begin with, and in those that do, you need a proven record of self-support.

Health insurance
Transportation
Clothing
Food
Laundry supplies
Sundries

Please don't come back with three pages of "well what if"s. It's not going to happen in your case.

(and getting a landlord to rent to you is going to be iffy at best - you're 16 without a decent income. Not happening)

So far I have been unable to find any evidence that Berks County has any process to emancipate a minor.
