Can You Get Emancipated to Live With an Unrelated Father Figure

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Indiana

I am 16 years old. This past year My mother cheated on her ex boyfriend and she left him. We lived with him for around 5 years but they had been together for 7 and he was the biggest father figure I'd ever had. Now my mom is pregnant with a new boyfriend. She has failed to provide certain necessities for me such as hygene products. And before the pregnancy she would always get drunk when she was off work. I have been left alone for full nights with no way to defend myself. We also have always had a very rough relationship. And her new boyfriend is an alcoholic. I dont have a job yet because i have no way of transportation. Am I able to get emancipated from my mother and live with her ex boyfriend and he take over as the parental figure and provide for me in ways that my mother hasnt? All without my mothers permission? If not, are there other options to be able to move in with her ex?Her ex would also be able to provide me with a car for transportation to get a job and start supporting myself.

You may live with whoever Mom allows. If she doesn't agree, you live with her. Period.

Am I able to get emancipated from my mother No.

and live with her ex boyfriend and he take over as the parental figure and provide for me in ways that my mother hasnt? No.

All without my mothers permission? Not only no, but Hell No.

If not, are there other options to be able to move in with her ex? No.

Her ex would also be able to provide me with a car for transportation to get a job and start supporting myself. Not happening, kiddo.

No loopholes, no grey areas, no but-what-ifs. No.
