Well I really don't think my 2 year old cat would be able to bend the metal bars on the closet. This problem started with them not paying me utilities for 2 months now. I have a TRO on them prior to them getting a TRO on me. We had mediation agreement at the first hearing when I filed. We all were not following the mediation because they would break the agreement constantly which caused me to respond back. Then one night I maced onebof them out of fear. The police took me away, were going to press charges on me, but the DA didnt. I was let out the next day, my friend gave me a ride home to change and leave, i went to work after, later that night at work I was served the TRO. The same night after I called the police to try to get a civil stand by just so I could grab my things and cat. I was refused a civil standby. I couldn't contact them and they never made any contact to me about my things. So... sounds like police won't help me at all, I wouldn't count on them saying my room was not trashed. However my friend was a witness to how my room looks the day she assisted me home to grab my things right before I was served the TRO.

Ever since then I haven't stepped into that apt. Until the day after the hearing, that's when I found my room in the condition it was. I made efforts to get my things back with an attorney, but they weren't responding, when they did respond my attorney, they said they wanted to change their request on the order and have me leave. If I didn't agree to that, I wouldn't be able to grab my things. I Don't Know Who Specifically Destroyed My Things But If They Are Blaming It On Guests At Their party then they are responsible for their guests action. So they kept my cat alive, so I'm thankful, however, my stuff was damaged. The bbq grill wasn't in my room, it was in the balcony with the legs broken, which is made out of metal so I doubt a cat can bend that. So my absence was caused by them, then my properties were damaged.

One of the guy asked me today to do a mediation with them at court tomorrow and that they will be willing to move out. It sounds like they are just starting to undrestand the consequences of an RO on their records. So we were hoping the we can try to agree tomorrow so we could ask the judge to dismiss the RO's on all of us.

Also I feel like them or their guests going into my room is sort of invasion, they had no permission.
