My question involves criminal law for the state of: CA

I got home last night on 11/10 around 11pm and found my room completely vandalized and my stuff damaged. My closet I got at a target, microwave, bbq grill. There's also stuff added to my room, like a grocery store shopping basket and random shoes that don't belong to me. My tv stand in the living room and tote drawers in the kitchen was also moved into my room. I didn't touch anything, I called the police to come over to make a police report. The police officer refused to make a report or any type of arrest to my roommates. He gave me his card and a number saying that they came out. They also informed me that they (police) got a call to come out 5 days ago because they had a party and were loud, that maybe one of the people at the party did it.

Even if someone at the party did it, my roommates should be responsible for their guests action and damages. I did not know about the party, they never asked me if it was ok. They also blamed it on my cat breaking my closet. I feel like it was vandalism because if my cat made damages that big, why was it done while i was gone and why was the damages only on my stuff, same thing with the guests they had over, why was my room the only one that got trashed? My cat has no history of destroying properties when i lived with other people before them. During this time they had a TRO on me to leave the apt. Until the end of oct. So they can move. Our hearing was on nov. 10 2015. After the hearing we were all issued a course of conduct to stay 5 yards away from eachother. No one got a kick out/move out order. Honestly the judge seemed like he did not know what to decide on. It was my words against theirs, not enough evidence on both sides, however I had evidence they took my mails. After the hearing I went to work and came back to find the scene.

I haven't checked for more damages because I didn't want to move anything at the scene around, I left that night to stay with my mother. I know it's no longer safe for me to stay there but i cannot afford to make another move. We just moved there 3 months ago. We are all tenants signed onto the lease. I'm the only female and also did not want any parties while school was in session. Before we all moved in I had everyone sign a house rule agreement, which talks about having parties.

My question is what can I do in my situation besides move out because that's not going to take over night, considering the financial cost they have costed me with the TRO. Then at the hearing they changed their claims saying they want to stay and that I need to move out. I would like to recover the damages they have costed me, they also costed me to drop my fall classes because during the 3 weeks of TRO I was unable to get my things (books, clothes, laptop), I asked the PD for a civil standby but they refused it to me. The PD seems to not want to do anything at all.
