I work as a contractor for the airport of the city I live in. There is a special employee lot, that you need to use your badge with an RFID tag inside to even get into the lot. Most days, by the time i get to work (~2pm) the lot is full, I drive around and look for a spot and can assure you it is fill, so much that other employees park in the yellow stripped areas that cap the ends of the parking rows. I have to do this often myself. Today I was told that someone has called in my car for doing this, and that I would be towed if i did it again.
There are seriously no parking spaces, and even a member of the group that informed me of this parks in a carpool spot and does not carpool, I know this because I see him come and go often when I do. When a spot is available, I will park in it. When I asked where I should park when the lot is full, the question was avoided and I was told not to park in the yellow areas. Can anyone give me any advice on what to do if I get towed in this situation? Or preferably, what to do before I get towed? The proper authorities have been told many times that there is not enough parking spots.
Thanks in advance.
