State: KY

I'm a female legal immigrant, married to an American for 1 year and 6 months. We just had a baby, who's almost 2 months old old now. Although my husband has been very supportive to me and the baby, he's been very clear about his feelings towards her. He's been unable to develop any bond, and said that he's been only tolerating her. He's been somewhat mean to her sometimes, although non-abusive, keeping distance from the baby since her birth, and I am the only person who provides emotional and love support to her. I don't think our relationship can continue if he keeps his distance, 'cause my child needs a better environment to grow and live in. I've got 3 questions:

1. if I decide for divorce, how are my chances of taking the baby to my country with me? I do not have a job in EUA and cannot afford an attorney, but I have a family in my country that is prone to support me and my child until I rebuild my life there.

2. Does my husband have any obligation on continue giving material support to our child, in case we move?

3. If my in-laws decide to request the child's custody (a possibility that really scares me, since they are sort of attached to the baby), do they have any chance? Both are over 65 yo and probably would not live enough to raise the child, added to the fact that my father in-law has a mental problem.

Sorry for my grammar, I hope I've been clear. Thank you very much for your advice.
