Well said on the database thing. I know I violated my probation by not only A, leaving the state. B, not showing up for a check in. C, not finishing my classes.
I fully expect the prosecuting attorney to look at me and laugh due to the fact that I was already given a chance and threw it out the window.
The only I'm kind of hoping for at this point is by willingly turning myself in they don't sentence the maximum time. If they do well there's only one person to thank for that, it falls on me.
What I meant by database are those sites you online that you pay to look up a person's criminal history. Before I got the job I work at now I told them the truth before they did any screening. About a week later he came to me and said nothing showed up in our background check.
I said that's impossible, so I checked myself and it was like I literally did not exist. Like I said I know it's there. That's enough for me to know what I have to do. It really comes down to if there is a possibility of handling it out of state but I will need to find a lawyer when I can afford to do so. Thank you again.
