I agree with that if there was no presumed father. But if there was a presumed father, subsection (1) seems to suggest that the action can be brought at any time, and does not appear to say that the child could not bring it, unless I’m missing something here. If that’s correct, then it would make a difference whether there was a presumed father established or not.
