My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: PA
Do I need to initiate the court process for unpaid rent within a certain time frame? I have an ex-tenant who was evicted through the court system who has agreed to make monthly payments towards their balance of unpaid rent and property damage owed...just wondering if it doesn't work out and I try to go to court, if I need to initiate this within a certain time frame from her eviction?
