Can You Sue for Harassment Over a Neighbor's Complaints About Your Property

My question involves court procedures for the state of: California. We had a neighbor moved in about 5 yrs ago. Since then we were blasted with complaints about our house. One for Animal Control for animal negligence, next was our tree house which I moved to meet the code, then our conditioning unit, too close to side wall, then our shed which I moved, then I had 3 pieces of wood leaning against our house, complaints for nuisance. All this harassment has taken a psychological and emotional toll on me. I was taken to the ER thinking I had an heart attack, but it was anxiety and stress which I relate from this harassment. I am now on Xanax for anxiety. My question is, can those anonymous complaints be subpoenaed if a lawsuit was filed for Harassment causing emotional and psychological stress. My once 'home is my castle is no longer.

Sounds like the complaints were valid ("our tree house which I moved to meet the code" etc.), which means it's nor harassment. Ergo, not actionable.

If this is the neighbors car you keyed ...might not get much slack on felony issue ....best get a darn good lawyer pronto.

If neighbors complains were upheld or even filed with a reasonable belief that they were correct ...I don't see you making harassment stick....if you have 101 possible animal, code and zoning violations or whatever ...they are free to lodge a complaint on each and every one of same .....
