I live in Florida. In January 2015 I was a victim of domestic violence. How long do I have to press charges. I have pictures of the window I was pushed through. He has been gone 4 months now.

As long as the statute of limitations for the specific crime involved would allow the prosecutor to prosecute the crime BUT....
without reason for a delay in reporting a prosecutor often looks at the situation such that if you didn't believe it worth reporting at the time, it isn't worth their time to prosecute it now. It also makes the crime much more difficult to prosecute since the police did not investigate the crime when they could review the crime scene and interview possible involved parties and witnesses.
In other words, a picture of a broken window is nothing more than a picture of a broken window. In itself it proves nothing. Any injury you may have sustained has healed long ago and even if there are scars, there is no way to determine if it was due to being pushed through the window or you got cut chopping vegetables for dinner.
Realistically, the same day it happens.
The longer you wait after that the less seriously the police take it and after 10 months likely not seriously at all.
He's been gone for 4 months. Be thankful he's out of your life. I'm not saying that you shouldn't do anything (if there's anything you can do) but a criminal action or civil action can bring him right back into your life. Think about that before you move forward.
