    Default Mudding a Parking Lot

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Minnesota, county is Hennepin. I'm also 16 years old.

So I've been "mudding" in a Private Parking lot; although this wouldn't matter, it was in a spot that no one parks, and no one maintains. Basically someone saw me, and messaged me on a forum where my license plate is posted (I've deleted the picture now, but I doubt that matters) and said he's going to report me to the police, and to the parking lot's manager.

My question is, how ****ed am I? I know I'm going to get fined up the ass for this, but how much? I want to know how much I need to be prepared for to fork up; and if possible, would I get any other consequences? I'm not sure what happens except for a check on my record, and fines, for a minor.

Thanks to anyone who enlightens me

I don't know what "will" happen but I can speculate on what you could be charged with:

    Trespassing.
    Injury or damage to property.
    Reckless or careless driving.

Heavy fines ($1000?, more, less - I don't know), probation.

Being 16 might get you a license suspension until you are 18.

Once the courts and the DMV get done with you, your insurance company is up next. Your policy can be cancelled and you'll be a high risk driver paying double or triple for insurance than what you pay now.

I hope you had enough fun to make the consequences of your foolishness worthwhile.

Right now you get to sweat it out for a while, child.

Honestly, it was pretty fun. Had a great time, broke a few exhausts/mud flaps... It might not be worth it to other people, but I can live without a car. Work is a few blocks away, I can take the bus to school, or carpool with friends, and I've saved up enough money to be able to pay for the fines and fees.

Triple insurance doesn't seem that bad. I pay $150/month for full coverage. I work enough where I'd be able to afford it.

The only thing I really care about, is my record. That to me, wasn't worth it.

I hope you get to read this before it's deleted.
