Child Support Payments are Being Held by Cash Aid

My question involves child support in the State of: California

I have never gotten or even applied for cash aide yet Child Support has not given me any money in the past 4 Months. I get letters saying the money has gone into Cash Aide. I contacted my case worker she claimed to have no idea why it would do that as her system shows we are not getting cash aide actively yet she sees it was transferred to cash aide and she sees it going through anyways every month. she Said we have to deal with Cash Aide about the issue. I also contacted Welfare/Cash Aide and they claim we are not in their systems. My Case worker has been blowing the issue off for the past 3 months now and I'm getting really far behind on bills and have taken out loans to help pay with bills

What can/should I do?

I don't think I can go another month without it.

Have you EVER received cash assistance? For your child support to be diverted to DPSS, then you have to be in their system somewhere. They don't just pull social security numbers from the sky....
